A clear record, every time
Each delivery names its source material, AI contribution, operator and actual human changes. The record belongs to that version, so revisions do not erase the history.
We do not turn “someone checked this” into “a person authored this.” AI-made work can carry limitations around rights and exclusivity. You see those before buying.

Two revisions are included. You can ask for a refund from the first delivery, without using them first. Before you approve, the choice is yours.
No silent approval clock. No marketplace dispute with Actuallize judging its own sale. A visible refund status until the payment provider confirms the return.
The first collection is in pilot preparation. Only packages with a displayed price and an enabled checkout can be ordered. You can prepare your brief now, or work with an independent professional.
Actuallize Studio is the seller and is responsible for its delivery and refund promise. Independent professionals sell their own services through the marketplace. A professional using AI is not automatically Studio.
An operator checks the package against its agreed checklist: for example source facts, spelling, export formats and caption timing. Checking does not mean the work was created by a person, nor does it guarantee copyright, uniqueness or an error-free result.
Studio includes two revisions. From the first delivery, you may request a full refund instead of a revision, at any time before you approve. Work never auto-approves. Refund status is shown in the project; a request is not described as completed until the payment provider confirms it.
You may use approved and paid deliverables subject to disclosed source licences. AI output may not qualify for copyright or exclusivity. Human checking alone is not creative authorship. Refunds do not transfer a licence to use the rejected work.
Yes, with a separate agreement. You choose whether to share your brief, source files and previous work. Nothing is sent to a professional automatically. A creatively finished Studio package will only be sold when its finisher, scope and compensation are confirmed.
Preparing a brief does not send your files to an asset-generation provider. Before a Studio order is enabled, its provider and data handling must be disclosed. Only share material you have permission to use; sensitive source material needs an agreed handling plan.
