Where Studio fits alongside your work

Independent people appear first in mixed discovery. Studio is Actuallize’s own labelled service; using AI does not make you a Studio seller. Any freelancer contribution needs its own agreed scope and compensation. How Studio works

One request, a shared agreement

From a useful proposal
to agreed work.

  1. The request

“Research our competitors before we set pricing”

  2. Agree the delivery

  3. Review the work

Check against the brief. Approve, request changes or report a problem.

Make your proposal useful.

Your contribution

60-second cut, v2

Show what you bring to social cuts, explainer videos, YouTube edits. Find a useful brief, talk with the client, and agree work you can be proud of.

Find relevant briefs

Sending a proposal costs nothing. Nobody can pay to rank above you.

Before you propose

Present work you can explain: the brief, what you did, and the outcome. Keep your availability and services current. Read the scope, ask about anything missing, and propose a realistic price and timeline.

Uploaded work is a person’s own claim. A platform provenance badge links to a qualifying delivery; it does not certify every skill or guarantee a future result. Reviews provide another perspective.

A clear brief & how to review it

A comment is pinned to the second it refers to. No more “around the middle, where the logo comes in”.

Work that happens in your house.

Trades, cleaning, moving, repairs. They need someone local and insured, and a review with pins on a delivery is no use to a plumber.

Advice only a licence can give.

Legal representation, medical diagnosis, signed tax filings, notarisation. A person here can help you prepare — the licensed act itself belongs with the licensed professional.

Anything we would have to fake.

No AI that approves work, no ratings we didn't earn, no listings copied from somewhere else.

What stays yours, and what moves here?

Keep talking by email or WhatsApp. Keep the brief, delivery, review and approval here: that is what the protection and project record attach to.

You each need an account. The professional creates the invitation; joining through it records that you already know each other. If a link expires, ask them for another.

Already mid-project? Finish the work in flight as planned and put the next delivery here. Nothing has to be migrated. No subscription, lock-in or fee to walk away.
