There is no markup, no convenience charge, nothing added to what you'd have invoiced them anyway. Their number never changes.
You see exactly what lands
Every payment shows the payment costs (card, bank and payout charges, set by the payment processor — not by Actuallize) and Actuallize’s fee as separate lines, before the money moves — never a mystery deduction on your statement.
Payment costs at the processor’s rate
Payment costs are never ours. We pass them through at what the processor charges, we show the cheaper route where one exists, and we will add bank transfer wherever it is available so a card is never your only option.
The repeat rate on work with a client you brought
A client who joins through your invite link is priced as a repeat pair immediately, because Actuallize didn’t introduce you.
How to do it
Create your invite link
From your Actuallize profile, open “Invite a client” and create a link. Links last 30 days; make as many as you like.
Send it to a client you already work with
Text it, email it, drop it in an existing thread — however you'd normally share a link with them.
They join, and you land in a chat together
The link opens straight into a conversation with you. From their very first payment, your pair is priced at the repeat rate.
A worked example — $500
The client's number never changes. What changes is the platform fee the professional pays, and only because Actuallize didn't have to make the introduction.
Payment costs are an estimate at published card rates, shown at cost — they aren't Actuallize's fee and aren't marked up.
Never here.
No pay-to-bid. Sending a proposal never costs anything. There are no Connects, credits, or bid limits.
No promoted-listing tax. Nobody can pay to rank above you, and nobody can pay to reach a client first.
No silent bans. Every restriction states its reason, and a person reviews an appeal within 3 working days.
No activity tracking. No screenshots, no keystroke logs, no online dots, no last-seen.
No separate client fee. The client pays the number on the brief. The professional's fee sits on its own line, visible to them before money moves.
No AI that approves or rules. A person approves the work; a person rules a dispute. Where we add AI, it only ever advises.
Every line above is true today and enforced in the product or by written policy. If one ever changes, the changelog says so that day.
