Fee charged to the professional

Actuallize: 1% on a client↔professional pair’s first project, 0.5% on every project after — the client’s number never changes.
Contra: On the free plan, a per-payment fee of up to about $29 on payments over $500; $0 per payment with Contra Pro, a subscription at $29 per month.

Actuallize: None — the client pays exactly the number on the brief, with nothing added.
Contra: A flat $19 per contract, charged to the client.

Fee on clients you bring yourself

Actuallize: 0.5% from day one — a client who joins through your invite link is priced as a repeat client on your first project together.
Contra: The same $19 per contract, charged to the client, whoever made the introduction.

Cost to bid

Actuallize: Nothing — sending a proposal or replying to a brief never costs anything. There are no Connects and no bids.

Who rules a dispute, and what it costs
