Confirm the fit
Your brief comes first. A package may cover one part of a larger project; the offer names that part and its exclusions. Choosing Studio never posts your brief to the marketplace.

Agree the details
Review the seller, production method, outputs, source requirements, total price, turnaround and provider data handling. The delivery clock starts when the operator confirms your inputs are ready.

Make and check
AI generates the output. The operator checks the agreed criteria and attaches a version-specific record of sources, AI work, human work and checks. Creative finishing requires an assigned professional.
Review and refunds
You approve.
Time does not.
Open the delivery in your project. Check the files and authorship record. You can approve, request one of two included revisions, or ask for a full refund before approval. You do not have to use the revisions first.
Studio work has no automatic approval deadline. Actuallize is the seller, so this is a refund request, not a marketplace dispute judged by Actuallize. After approval, the pre-approval refund promise ends.
Refund requested → processing → completed. A failed or delayed return stays visible and goes to support. Your bank may need additional time after provider confirmation.
Know what carries forward.
You may use approved and paid deliverables subject to disclosed source licences. AI output may not qualify for copyright or exclusivity. Human checking alone is not creative authorship. Refunds do not transfer a licence to use the rejected work.
The price you agree is the price you pay.
Studio bears its generation, checking and payment costs. It does not charge itself a marketplace commission. Professional marketplace fees apply to independent work under a separate agreement.
Want a professional to take over?
Choose the person and agree their scope and price separately. You control which brief, files and delivery history are shared. A refund of a Studio purchase does not erase compensation earned by a separately engaged finisher.
